Our heritage is based on years of experience looking after the needs of customers from both the public and private sector. With so much experience, we understand the continuing demands experienced by staff in busy diagnostic units and theatres.
At our head office in Southend-on-Sea, we have a large extensively equipped endoscopy workshop, covering over 6,500 square feet.
We employ 20 technicians dealing with flexible repairs, who repair in excess of 2000 flexible endoscopes a year.

TBS GB has maintained and repaired rigid telescopes for over 10 years.
We understand that you may have recently purchased scopes which are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, but please bear in mind this does not normally cover user damage, which can be costly to repair.
All repairs carry a 12 month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship and average turnaround times are 5 working days from date of authorisation.

Unlike some organizations we do not employ a ‘repair exchange’ programme; we actually fix your scope.
Turnaround Time
Our average turnaround time for a rigid scope is 2 day and we return the vast majority within 5 days from authorisation.
